• Access the "contact customer service" option on your Virtuo app. You can find this via the key options or the help center.
• Please note, our telephone lines are specifically reserved for clients with active bookings experiencing immediate challenges such as connectivity problems, accidents, damages, or vehicular breakdowns. For general queries or other concerns, our chat team is highly skilled and equipped to address and resolve any issue you might encounter.
If you're not currently in a rental:
• Direct your queries via email to [email protected]. We strive to respond within 24 hours.

Furthermore, if you're dealing with invoice issues, left an item in the vehicle, or have feedback to provide, kindly use our feedback tool associated with the relevant booking. This ensures a prompt response from the relevant department, typically within three business days.
