In order to best answer your questions, please select the category below that corresponds to your request:

Extend my rental

Extending your Virtuo rental might be feasible, but it's contingent upon the availability of the vehicle.

To request an extension:
Access the Virtuo app's home screen.
Tap on "See booking details", highlighted in green.
Choose "Modify my booking."
Opt for "Extend my rental" and specify the new return day and time.

If the system doesn't permit an extension, it's likely due to all our vehicles being reserved for your desired dates. Consequently, you must adhere to the return time stipulated in your original rental agreement.

In case you anticipate a delay in returning the vehicle, it's imperative to notify our customer service. Do remember, they might not be able to grant an extension if another customer has a reservation immediately following your rental period. Always aim to return the car punctually to avoid any inconveniences.
