Car hire delivered to your door

Save up to 1 hour in travel thanks to our delivery service. Pick from a selection of cars, choose your address and your Virtuo will be delivered to your door. On your return, finish your rental and our expert will pick up your car.



How does virtuo Delivered work?

Car delivery at home in 4 simple steps

Book

Choose the delivery option, fill in your address and confirm your booking at least 4 hours in advance. 

Delivered

On the day of your booking, your Virtuo rental car will be delivered to your address. If no spaces are available our expert will get in touch and meet to hand over the car. You will receive a notification when it has arrived.

Start

The start of the rental is the same as at a Virtuo station, unlock the car with your phone and check the condition of the vehicle with the help of our AI-powered damage report. You’re ready to hit the road!

End

Drop off the car at the address you specified when you booked and complete the damage report in-app. End the rental and our driver will come and pick up the car; you will receive a notification when this is done.

Our pick-up stations for rental cars in London cover the entire capital but we didn't stop there. You recently let us know that you would love to have your rental car delivered and so we made that possible. With Virtuo Delivered: Your car is delivered at the start of your rental and collected when you’re done.

FAQ

What times are available?

This service is available 7 days a week between 07:30 - 22:00


Can I book it for the same day?

In London, you can order a virtuo to your door in as little as 4 hours. In Manchester, we require a little more of a heads-up with a minimum of 24 hours' notice.


Can my virtuo be delivered and collected from a different address?

This is not currently possible, your delivery address must be the same as the collection address


What if you are unable to park and leave the car for me?

If our driver is unable to find a safe place to park the car, you will be contacted to come to the car's location with the driver and collect the car right away


What about paying for parking?

You are liable for the parking of your Virtuo during the rental contract hours


Is your cancellation policy still 48 hours for delivery and collection?

Yep, for our delivery and collection service, we have maintained our cancellation policy of 24 hours, however, there is a minimum of 48 hours for any modifications made to the booking


What if I want to end my rental earlier?

You are of course able to end your rental earlier and leave the car at the pick up point, however you will still be liable for any parking fees for the duration of the original rental contract


Is congestion charge included?

The congestion charge is not included in delivery & collection. If your delivery and collection is within the zone, you will be liable to pay for the charge


Is it possible to get a baby seat with a Delivery booking?

Yes this will be possible, just select the option when making your booking


Can you modify the delivery address after you have made the booking?

No, it is not possible to modify the address for now, you would have to cancel and rebook - this is a feature we are hoping to offer in the coming months


Can you extend your mileage once your rental has started?

Yes, this is possible to do in-app on the key page
