After your rental wraps up, the Virtuo app grants you a 60-minute grace period to pop open your car (except if it's a Tesla) and grab any items you might've left behind.

Here's how:
Launch the app and tap "I forgot something" on the homepage.
This reactivates the key. You can then, get your belongings back!
Just remember to lock the car when you're done.

Missed that 60-minute window? No worries, but the app key won't work anymore. Instead, just give our team a heads up by filling out the 'lost item' form right there on the app's homepage.
