I left a personal item in the car

You can re-open your Virtuo up to 60 minutes after your rental has ended in order to retrieve any lost items.

To do this, go to the homepage on the app and select "I forgot something". The key will then become active again. Make sure that you lock the vehicle once you have retrieved your lost items.

If it has been longer than 60 minutes, the key will no longer be available and you need to notify our team by filling out a form in the app (homescreen - "lost item")
