Refund in case of a cancellation

f you decide to cancel your reservation, the process is as follows:

Timely Cancellation:
If you cancel more than 48 hours prior to the scheduled start of your rental, we'll process the refund immediately on our end.

Late Cancellation: Should you cancel after the above stipulated times, late cancellation fees will be applied. These fees are equivalent to the cost of one rental day plus any additional extras you selected during the booking.

Refund Processing Time: While we initiate the reimbursement immediately from our side, the duration it takes for the refunded amount to reflect in your account can vary based on your banking institution. Typically, it can take up to 7 working days.

We advise checking with your bank after the stated period if you do not see the refund. If you have any questions or face issues with the cancellation, our customer support is here to help.
