Refund in case of a cancellation

In the event of cancellation, reimbursement will be made immediately on our side if the cancellation has been made more than 3 hours before the rental was supposed to start (or 24 hours for valet airports). After the deadline, late cancellation fees are applied which corresponds to the amount of 1 rental day and extras.

Depending on your bank, the refund can take up to 7 working days to appear on your account.
