I will be late returning to the station

We understand that unexpected situations may arise during your rental period. If you anticipate a delay of approximately one hour or more, it is crucial to extend your rental to avoid additional charges.

To extend your rental, access our app, navigate to the "Booking Details" section displayed in green, and select the "Modify My Booking" option.
Please note that the ability to extend your rental is subject to the continued availability of the vehicle you have rented. If an extension is not feasible, we kindly request that you return the car at the initially agreed-upon time.

If you fail to extend your rental and return the car late, a fee of €25 per hour of delay will be applied. It is important to note that once your rental contract expires, you will no longer be covered by our insurance policy. Returning the vehicle on time or extending your rental is essential to maintain the necessary protection during your rental period. Should you encounter any challenges or have additional questions, our dedicated customer service team is available to assist you.
