We recognize that unforeseen circumstances can arise. Should you find yourself delayed by approximately 30 minutes, please be assured there's no immediate cause for concern.

However, if your delay exceeds this window, kindly access our app, navigate to the "Booking details" section displayed in green, and select "modify my booking" to extend your rental period. For those who opted for Virtuo Delivered, it's advisable to get in touch with our customer support to ensure seamless coordination.

Please be aware that the option to extend your rental is contingent on the continued availability of the vehicle in question. In cases where an extension isn't feasible, we kindly request adherence to the initially agreed-upon return time.
