I received a parking ticket / traffic fine

Should you incur a PCN or any other traffic violation during your rental period (e.g., a notice placed on your vehicle), please address it directly as per the instructions on the notice.

If Virtuo is notified of a parking or traffic violation committed during your rental period, we will either:

Make a representation and provide your details to the issuing authority, ensuring that the fine is sent directly to your address. Please note, an administrative fee will be charged for this service (amount will vary. Please refer to the T&Cs)

If circumstances dictate, we will settle the fine on your behalf and subsequently charge you the fine amount, along with an additional administrative fee, using the card associated with your booking.
