I forgot to report damage on the car
After initiating your rental, it's important to inspect the vehicle and ensure it meets your expectations. You have a 30-minute window to report any initial discrepancies or damages not previously documented.
If, during the course of your rental, you discover additional damage or issues with the vehicle, you can easily declare it through our app. Simply swipe up on the digital key interface and choose the 'declare a damage' option. This allows you to stay updated and ensures transparency between you and Virtuo.
At the conclusion of your rental period, our team of experts will conduct a thorough inspection of the vehicle. They will cross-reference any damages you've reported with our records to ascertain if it was pre-existing or a new occurrence. This process is designed to ensure fairness and accountability for all our customers.
