Find my rental contract and invoice
Your rental documents are conveniently delivered to your email and can also be accessed via our website or the Virtuo app.
At the commencement of your rental, you will receive both the rental contract and the initial damage report via email. Once your rental concludes, the invoice will be forwarded to you.
For quick access, simply head to the 'rental' tab on the Virtuo app or website. Choose the specific rental in question, and you'll find all associated documents readily available.
If there are discrepancies or you disagree with an invoice, you have the option to raise a claim directly from there. This method is not only the most expedient way to alert the appropriate team but also significantly faster than reaching out to customer service. Rest assured, this team will review your claim and provide a response within 3 working days.
