End my rental
You are required to both pick up and return your Virtuo vehicle to the same designated station. You are not allowed to drop off the car in a different station, city or country ; it has to me the same station where you retrieved your car. To locate the station's address, access it within the Virtuo app by selecting "return to my station".
Ensure the vehicle is returned to a dedicated Virtuo parking spot. If no spaces are available, kindly park as close to the designated area as possible.
Ending your rental is a seamless process:
Check that you've taken all your belongings from the car.
Confirm that the Virtuo key card is inside the vehicle.
Turn off the engine and ensure the doors are locked.
Finalize your rental using the app.
Once these steps are completed, your rental period will officially conclude. Safe travels!
