Upon reaching your Virtuo, your digital key in the app swiftly unlocks it. After this, a prompt for a damage report appears. Missed a scratch or two? No worries. You're given an extra 15 minutes to detail any unnoticed damages.

If during your trip you discover or unfortunately cause new damages, you don’t need to contact customer service as the app is your go-to for logging it in. This ensures our damage specialists are always updated.

Concluding your journey? Once you secure the car for the last time, the app nudges you for a final once-over on damages.

Just so you know, each Virtuo vehicle is meticulously checked before and after every rental. It's all part of ensuring a seamless experience for you.
