Release of my deposit

The deposit is automatically released at the end of your rental once your Virtuo has been inspected if no damage has been reported.
Depending on your bank processing times it may take 3-5 business days to appear on your account.
To see the status of your deposit you can go in Reservations, click on the booking and scroll down (it should say "deposit released" for example)
