Release of my deposit

Your deposit will be automatically released at the conclusion of your rental, following a thorough inspection of your Virtuo vehicle. If no damages or outstanding invoices have been reported, the deposit is typically refunded.

The time it takes for the refund to reflect in your account may vary, usually taking between 3-5 business days, subject to your bank's processing times. It's important to note that in most instances, the refund occurs in the form of a cancellation rather than a traditional refund.

In the event of such a cancellation, there won't be a visible refund on your bank statement. Instead, the original payment authorization will simply disappear after a few days, signifying that there was neither a payment nor a refund.

To check the status of your deposit, please navigate to the 'Reservations' section, select your booking, and scroll down. You should find a status update, such as "deposit released," providing confirmation of the transaction.
