I forgot my password, what do I do?

Forgotten your password? No worries. You can easily reset it either via the Virtuo application or our website. Here's how:

Navigate to the login page.
Select the 'forgotten password' option.
You'll then be prompted to enter your driving license number.
After entering the correct number, an email will be dispatched to the address associated with your Virtuo account containing further instructions to reset your password.

In case your driving license number has changed since your last login, please reach out to Virtuo customer service for assistance.
For security reasons, we strongly recommend choosing a unique and robust password for your Virtuo account to minimize the risk of unauthorized access.
