Encountering a "key not detected" message or engine start difficulties? Here's a step-by-step guide to troubleshoot:

Initiate the Damage Report: If you haven't already, complete the damage report via the Virtuo app. If it doesn't pop up, try locking and then unlocking the doors using the app.
Ensure All Doors are Shut: Especially for Peugeot and Opel vehicles, ensure all doors are physically closed. They won't start if a door is ajar.
Attempt Engine Start: Give the engine another try. If it still doesn't respond, lock and unlock the doors using the badge.
Check the Windshield Box LED: The LED inside the box on the windshield should be solid green before the engine can start.
