Download and use my virtuo key
Your Virtuo key is exclusively accessible via the Virtuo app, serving as your tool to lock and unlock the vehicle. Swiping up on the Virtuo key display unveils a wealth of additional details and functionalities: from modifying your booking to adding extra drivers, viewing vehicle documents, and concluding your reservation.
The deposit process initiates 24 hours prior to the commencement of your rental, subsequently revealing the Virtuo key. However, this key becomes downloadable a mere 4 hours before your booking kicks off.
After settling the payment for your booking and wondering about the deposit's timing, simply tap on "See details" in a highlighted green on the Virtuo app's main screen for clarity.
