Complete my DVLA check
To confirm your booking, it's essential for us to obtain your DVLA record. This step is non-negotiable for the UK as it feeds necessary details to our insurance provider.
You can generate a unique code via the DVLA website at 'www.gov.uk/view-driving-licence'. For this, you'll need your driving license number, national insurance number, and postal code.
After securing the code, you can enter the code within the Virtuo app. Remember, the DVLA check is sensitive to case variations, so be precise and enter the code exactly as presented.
It's crucial to note that the DVLA check code must be provided a minimum of 4 hours prior to the onset of your rental. Failure to do so will lead to the automatic cancellation of your reservation.
Reminder
You are responsible for validating your own DVLA. Another customer cannot validate the DVLA for you, and you cannot add someone else's DVLA code to your account. If you have additional drivers, they must add their own DVLA to their respective Virtuo accounts. If they encounter any issues, they need to contact customer service through their own Virtuo account.
