I want to return my car earlier
If you decide to return your Virtuo car earlier than planned, there's no need to modify your booking. However, please follow these steps:
Return Location:
◦ Ensure you return the car to the exact station or location from which you initially picked it up. Dropping off the car at a different station, city, or country is not allowed.
End Rental in Your App:
◦ Use your Virtuo app to officially end the rental. This helps us process the return and ensures accurate tracking of the car's status.
Unused Days Policy:
◦ Keep in mind that Virtuo does not provide refunds for unused days.
