Payment methods
We accept most major debit and credit cards, including Visa, MasterCard, and American Express. However, please note that prepaid cards, like Visa Electron, aren't accepted.
Additionally, we support Apple Pay, and for our customers in Germany, PayPal is an option.
To introduce a new payment method, simply go to "My bank cards" in your account.
Please note that if you want your reservations to be paid using your bank details (or RIB in French), you need to open a Virtuo For Business (V4B) account. If you need assistance, please reach out to our business team for support. They will be happy to help you.
If you already have a V4B account, and need to update your bank details, you can do it from the V4B platform. Please reach out to our business team for support if you encounter any issues or need assistance.
