I want to get refunded for my parking ticket at an airport
For rentals at the airport with our valet service, Virtuo covers the parking cost for the initial 30 minutes. To claim this, simply choose the "Request for reimbursement of parking costs" option directly from the app on the top part of the key section.
You can expect the refund to be processed within 3 working days.
