I have a problem/issue with my invoice
If you don't understand or disagree with an invoice, you can make a claim directly from the application or the website.
To do this, go to the reservation tab then select the booking and click on ""Need help with your invoice"" at the bottom of the page.
The team in charge will get back to you within 3 working days.
