Our fuel and battery policy
At Virtuo, fuel isn't a part of your rental package. We only request that you bring the vehicle back with the fuel level it had at the start of your rental. Should refueling prove inconvenient for you, we're more than happy to manage it for you. However, there's an administrative fee for this service, on top of the fuel costs.
The precise charges for fuel per litre, as well as the administrative fee, can be found in our Rental Terms and Conditions, specifically under the section "Appendix 1 - ADDITIONAL EXPENSES".
For those using our electric vehicles, there's no need to match the initial battery charge. Nonetheless, it's essential to ensure a minimum of 10% battery level upon return. It's worth noting that charging fees may vary depending on the country and might be borne by the renter.
