The Virtuo station is located in the underground car park of Alexa Berlin, Grunerstraße 20, 10179 Berlin. During opening hours of the mall (Monday-Saturday, 10am-8pm), take entrance no. 5 at Ravelinplatz and use the escalator to get to parking level -2. Outside opening hours, use the ramp to enter the parking garage. Follow the signs to get to floor P-2, your Virtuo is located in parking area A20-A22 & B20-B22.
